Nerfed is a raiding guild and co-op focused on having fun, improving skills and conquering the available game content. Before you get excited about all the loot you're going to get take the time to read the following information. If you can get through it without feeling uncomfortable then it might be worth your time to apply.
* We are serious about raiding. We have a more casual-friendly raid schedule than most "hardcore" guilds but we still expect our raiders to attend at least 75% of the scheduled raids. If you are looking to farm consumable mats and then raid for 6+ hours per day then this isn't the guild for you. Our raid schedule is 4 nights a week with a max of 3 hours per raid. We raid in controlled quantities and strive for quality. We'll never be bleeding or even leading edge, but we will conquer the content and have fun while doing it.
* There are no special members. If you think you deserve raid spots or loot just because you're in the guild, go find another guild. We're looking for the types of players who will willingly step out of a raid to make sure the class balance is right. We have members that don't actually have the <Nerfed> guild tag but are considered full members. If it's going to bother you when those kind of non-tagged members get raid spots then go find another guild.
* We don't like loot whores. Everyone is going to get loot at some point, and DKP systems basically just control the order in which people get loot. If you're just wanting to tag along and get loot because we've got the instance on farm, go find another guild. We're looking for people who are up to a challenge and want to conquer new content, and if nice loot drops then that's fine too.
* Nobody knows everything. That isn't to say that some people don't know more than others, but in the end nobody is an expert. We're looking for the type of player who is open to suggestion, is willing to listen and most importantly is willing to try new play styles to improve their game. That isn't to say that you should expect to be spoon fed instructions. We want players who also research, think and then offer their own suggestions. If you are god's gift to wow for xyz class then go find another guild. We don't need you.
